Pest Control
- All plumbing penetrations are pre-treated prior to foundation pour
Inspections
- Foundation engineer inspection prior to pouring concrete
- Independent Licensed Building Inspectors completes inspection after framing and upon completion of the home
- City and/or County inspections throughout home building process
Warranty
- JR Sawdon Homes, Ltd. provides a one year complete warranty, 2 year mechanical, and a ten year structural warranty
