Pest Control

• All plumbing penetrations are pre-treated prior to foundation pour

Inspections

• Foundation engineer inspection prior to pouring concrete
• Independent Licensed Building Inspectors completes inspection after framing and upon completion of the home
• City and/or County inspections throughout home building process

Warranty

• JR Sawdon Homes, Ltd. provides a one year complete warranty, 2 year mechanical, and a ten year structural warranty
